Every technique in this course still works under time pressure, it just has to get automatic first. Speed training isn’t a new technique, it’s compressing the time between seeing information and having a solid image ready for it, through repetition alone.
The training method is simple: take a list you can already memorize comfortably at a relaxed pace, then shave the time per item down in small steps, only moving faster once you’re consistently accurate at the current pace. Rushing before accuracy is solid just trains sloppy habits, slow the pace back down the moment your accuracy drops.
Push yourself below with a run that’s faster than what’s felt comfortable so far.
