Day 19: Memorizing a Deck of Cards I, Card Pictures

Memorizing a shuffled deck looks like a superpower, it’s actually the same core skill from Day 1, applied to 52 fixed pictures instead of 100 numbers. Every card gets one permanent image, built once, reused forever.

A simple starting scheme: let rank supply a consonant sound (A=1=T/D, 2=N, 3=M, and so on using your Day 8 code, with J=6, Q=7, K=8 by convention) and let suit supply a fixed sound (Hearts=H, Clubs=K/hard-C, Diamonds=D, Spades=S/P). Blend rank-sound and suit-sound into one word. The exact scheme matters less than picking one and sticking with it until all 52 are automatic.

Once every card has a fixed picture, memorizing a shuffled deck is just Day 3’s Story Chain, 52 images long, walked through a long palace route or chained straight through.
