Freedom Gladiators Agency is a digital company that helps small businesses grow. This Refund Policy applies to all digital products, training programs, and done-for-you services purchased from Freedom Gladiators (“we”, “us”, “our”) through freedomgladiators.net.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind our digital products. If you purchase a digital product from us – including our courses, trainings (such as the Copywriting Bootcamp and Irreplaceable Copywriter Course), and digital tools (such as Memory Master and related programs) – and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. Just reach out to our support team through the contact page with your order details, and we’ll process your refund.

Done-For-You Services

Marketing, web development, AI automation, and ICT services delivered on our credit system are billed for work performed. Unused credits on a cancelled engagement may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at our discretion, minus any work already completed or in progress at the time of cancellation.

Eligible Refund Situations

We will issue a refund or correction where:

  • You request a refund on a digital product within 30 days of purchase, under our money-back guarantee
  • You were charged in error or charged twice for the same purchase
  • You did not receive access to the product or service you paid for, and the issue could not be resolved through support
  • A payment was made but the corresponding order was never fulfilled

Payment Processing

Refunds, where approved, are returned to the original payment method through our payment processor and may take additional time to reflect depending on your bank or provider.
